I also have this problem, I paid I didn't receive it, sundryfile doesn't answer email!
Does Sundryfile change the subscription price to 2x?
Why can't I subscribe to SundryFiles?
Is the payment gateway having problems?
I'm still having the issue of not being displayed as PREMIUM user (and of course I don't have the related service).
After writing several emails and a post here, I'm afraid the only thing I can do now is taking my money back from PayPal
